Development of modular post-HBO training for professionals working with Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs), particularly cell and gene therapy products in cleanroom environments. The programme combines theory, workshops, online self-study and hands-on practice, with a focus on accelerating the onboarding of new personnel and providing continuous education for experienced ATMP operators.
Entry level: Basic
Education level: Bachelor's/HBO level (EQF 6)
Audience: New professionals and current ATMP operators working with cell and gene therapy products in academic and clinical ATMP environments; relevant to professionals from disciplines including pharmacy, biology and regulatory/quality-related roles.
